What you need

  • Self-hosted n8n with the n8n-nodes-bundlesocial node
  • A Google Sheets Trigger credential in n8n
  • A sheet with the columns Text, Image URL and Post Date
  • Works on the Free plan (20 posts a month)

How the workflow works

Each step is a node in the workflow, under the same name.

  1. 01

    New row in sheet

The Google Sheets Trigger checks the sheet every minute. Once the workflow is active, it only passes on rows added since the last check.
  2. 02

    Upload image from URL

bundle.social downloads the image from the Image URL column and returns an upload id.
  3. 03

    Create post

The bundle.social node schedules one post for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn with the Text column and the image. An ISO 8601 Post Date is used as written, a formatted date or a Sheets date number is converted, and an empty cell means now. Text that is not a date, such as TBD, makes the API reject that row with an error on postDate.

Set it up

Credentials and troubleshooting are on the n8n integration page.

  1. On self-hosted n8n, open Settings > Community Nodes, install n8n-nodes-bundlesocial, and accept the notice.
  2. Download the workflow file and import it with Workflows > Import from File.
  3. Add a bundle.social API credential with a key from bundle.social > Organization > API Keys.
  4. Add a Google Sheets Trigger credential and pick the spreadsheet and sheet in New row in sheet.
  5. In Create post, pick the team with the three accounts connected. Remove a network from Social Account Types to skip it.
  6. Activate the workflow and add a row.

Before you rely on it

  • Test workflow sends every row already in the sheet. Test on a sheet with a single row.
  • Instagram does not accept posts without media, so every row needs an Image URL.
  • Write Post Date as text, for example 2026-11-12T09:00:00Z. A date without a time zone, such as 11/13/2026 10:30, is read in the n8n server's time zone.
