Enter how many brands you serve, how many accounts each connects and how many posts they create. The calculator prices the same volume on three vendors and says which one is cheaper, with its sources and assumptions listed next to the result.
Account, profile, brand, publication and API request are different units: Zernio bills accounts, Ayrshare bills profiles, bundle.social bills posts created per organization, and none of the three bills API requests.

Assumptions and exclusions
Publishing only. Analytics, DMs and automations are not compared. No promotions, discounts or Enterprise prices are assumed.
bundle.social
One brand or client is one team inside a single organization, so one plan covers every brand.
A post created once and sent to several accounts of one team counts once against the monthly quota, so destinations do not change the monthly quota; default daily caps per connected account still apply.
Connected accounts are unlimited on paid plans; the Free plan allows 3 teams.
X (Twitter) API usage is passed through at X's own rates on top of the plan; see the pass-through table on the pricing page.
Analytics, DMs and automations are not part of this comparison.
Zernio
Every connected account is billed; the bill is the sum of the published bands.
The published model has no plan or seat fee, so posting volume does not change the price.
X (Twitter) API costs are passed through at X's rates and are not in the bands.
Analytics, DMs and automations are not part of this comparison.
Ayrshare
One brand or client is one customer profile, following the vendor's own definition; a profile can hold accounts on many networks.
Premium and Launch publish no annual price; annual prepayment is not modelled.
Analytics, DMs and automations are not part of this comparison.
Full plan details are on pricing. The Zernio alternative and Ayrshare alternative pages compare features and pricing models; the figures there may be older than the price lists used here.

How to use
01
Enter your volume
Brands or clients, connected accounts per brand, posts created per month per brand, and how many accounts an average post is sent to.
02
Read the derived units
The tool shows total accounts, posts per month and publications per month, because each vendor bills a different unit.
03
Compare the monthly bill
The table lists plan, monthly, yearly and per-brand cost for bundle.social, Zernio and Ayrshare, with a plain sentence on who is cheaper and by how much.
04
Check growth and sources
The chart prices the same per-brand volume from one brand up to the range you pick. Gaps mean no published price. Sources and verification dates sit below.

Why accounts, profiles and posts give different bills
Zernio bills every active connected account in graduated bands, so the bill follows how many accounts your customers connect. Ayrshare bills a plan by customer profiles, where one profile holds all the accounts of one brand, and adds per-profile tiers above 30 profiles on Business. bundle.social bills one plan per organization by posts created per month: Pro at $100/month covers 10,000 posts and Business at $400/month covers 100,000, with connected accounts unlimited. The same product can therefore be cheapest on a different vendor depending on whether it has many accounts with few posts or few accounts with many posts.
Limitations
Publishing only: analytics, inbox, DMs, automations and ads are not compared, and feature differences are not priced.
Competitor prices are list prices read by hand on 1 November 2026; after 120 days the tool marks them as needing confirmation. Promotions, Zernio's optional enterprise volume discounts and Ayrshare's custom Enterprise offer (from 300 profiles) are not modelled.
Ayrshare's yearly plan is the published annual Business base plus the annual per-profile rates; Premium and Launch publish no annual price. Above the bundle.social Business quota (100,000 posts a month) the tool shows no price, because Enterprise pricing is custom.
X (Twitter) API usage is passed through at X's own rates by bundle.social and Zernio and is excluded from every total.
bundle.social counts a post once per team even when it goes to several accounts; if your product creates one post per destination, enter publications as posts.
bundle.social also has default daily caps per connected account and network. The tool averages posts over 30 days and warns when that average passes a cap; a schedule with busy days hits a cap sooner.
bundle.social is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest or any other platform named here. Platform names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
FAQ
Where do the prices come from?
bundle.social prices are read from the same plan constants that render the pricing page. Zernio and Ayrshare prices were read by hand from their public pricing pages on 1 November 2026 and are stored with that date; when a check is older than 120 days the tool says the prices need confirmation.
Why does bundle.social cost the same when I add destinations?
A post created once and sent to several accounts of one team counts once against the monthly quota, so the plan depends only on how many posts you create. One brand is assumed to be one team inside one organization. The one limit destinations do touch is the default daily cap per connected account, which the tool checks and names when your average passes it.
Is bundle.social always cheaper?
No. Zernio gives two accounts free and charges a few dollars per account after that, so a product with one or two brands and a handful of accounts pays less on Zernio than the Pro plan. Whenever a competitor comes out cheaper, the result line names it.
What does the chart show when a line stops?
A gap means there is no published price at that volume. Zernio's top band and Ayrshare's per-profile tiers have no upper limit, so their lines continue; the bundle.social line stops above the Business quota of 100,000 posts a month, where pricing is custom, so the tool shows no figure there.
Are X (Twitter) costs included?
No. X charges per API request and both bundle.social and Zernio pass those charges through separately. The pricing page lists the per-request rates bundle.social passes on.
Does the share link contain anything besides numbers?
No. The link carries four whole numbers: brands, accounts per brand, posts per brand and destinations per post. Anything else in the query is ignored when the page loads.
Plans, the X pass-through table and the free tier are on the pricing page. The Zernio alternative and Ayrshare alternative pages go through the differences beyond price.
