What you need
- Self-hosted n8n with the n8n-nodes-bundlesocial node
- A Google Drive credential in n8n
- A YouTube channel connected to a bundle.social team
- Videos up to 5 GB
- Works on the Free plan (20 posts a month)
How the workflow works
Each step is a node in the workflow, under the same name.
- 01
New file in Drive folder
The Google Drive Trigger checks the folder you pick every minute and passes on each file created since the last check. - 02
Only videos
An IF node keeps files whose MIME type starts with video/ and drops everything else, so a stray PDF never reaches YouTube. - 03
Download file
Google Drive downloads the file into the binary field data. - 04
Upload to bundle.social
Upload Large File sends the video to bundle.social storage, up to 5 GB, and returns an upload id. - 05
Create post
The bundle.social node uploads a YouTube video with the file name as the title, cut to YouTube's 100-character limit, the same name as the description, madeForKidsset to false, and privacy set to PUBLIC.
Set it up
