Every published post adds a row with its likes, comments, shares, and views.

What you need

  • The bundle.social app in Zapier (beta)
  • A paid bundle.social plan for analytics
  • A paid Zapier plan for three-step Zaps

How the workflow works

  1. 01

    bundle.social > Post Published

Fires when a post in your team finishes publishing.
  2. 02

    bundle.social > Get Post Analytics

Reads the metrics with the post id and its Platform Type.
  3. 03

Google Sheets > Create Spreadsheet Row

Writes the metrics to a new row.

Build it

Credentials and troubleshooting are on the Zapier integration page.

  1. Create an API key in bundle.social > Organization > API Keys.
  2. Add the Post Published trigger from the bundle.social app and connect the account with the API key. Narrow it to some platforms if you want.
  3. Add Get Post Analytics and map the post id and Platform Type from the trigger.
  4. Add Google Sheets > Create Spreadsheet Row and map the metrics to your columns, then turn the Zap on.

Before you rely on it

  • The row holds the metrics from the moment the post went out. Add a Delay by Zapier step before Get Post Analytics to read them a day or two later.
