Beta in the Zapier app directory

Schedule a post from a form or spreadsheet with Zapier

A new form entry or sheet row with an image becomes a scheduled post on Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • LinkedInLinkedIn

Last updated

What you need

  • The bundle.social app in Zapier (beta)
  • An Instagram business or creator account and a LinkedIn profile or page connected to a bundle.social team
  • A paid Zapier plan for three-step Zaps
  • Works on the Free plan (20 posts a month)

How the workflow works

  1. 01

    Trigger

Any app that produces an image file or URL.
  2. 02

    bundle.social > Upload File

Uploads the file and returns its id.
  3. 03

    bundle.social > Create Post

Schedules the post on Instagram and LinkedIn with the id in Upload IDs.

Build it

Credentials and troubleshooting are on the Zapier integration page.

  1. Create an API key in bundle.social > Organization > API Keys.
  2. Add the trigger, for example a new form entry or a new Google Sheets row with an image.
  3. Add a bundle.social step with Upload File, connect the account with the API key, and map the image file.
  4. Add a bundle.social step with Create Post, pick the team, choose Instagram and LinkedIn in Social Account Types, fill in both sections, and map the upload id into Upload IDs.
  5. Set the post date, test the Zap, and turn it on.

Before you rely on it

  • If the trigger gives a public image URL instead of a file, use Upload From URL in place of Upload File.
